Coatings

Our water-based coatings provide high-performance, plastic-free barriers for paper and fiber packaging. Based on natural, unmodified raw materials, they effectively replace fossil-based plastic layers. Our coatings can be flexibly adapted to substrates and industrial processes. Depending on the application, they offer protection against water, grease, water vapor, oxygen, or mineral oils.

Pulp Additive

Our fiber additives specifically improve barrier properties, strength, and processability. They are water-soluble, bio-based, and derived from algae. These additives can be directly integrated into the fiber structure of fiber-based materials – from paper and cardboard to alternative lignocellulosic raw materials such as straw, hemp, or other plant fibers. In doing so, they replace critical chemicals like PFAS.

Our sealing systems ensure strong seals and can be easily integrated into existing packaging processes. They are bio-based and enable reliable heat sealing on paper and fiber packaging. Additional barrier properties against grease, oil, and oxygen can also be combined.
